Wedgewood Weddings is looking for an Event Production & Installation Support team member to help bring our weddings and events to life through signage, décor, florals, and event setup.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution. You’ll spend your time producing event materials, prepping inventory, loading vans, installing signage and décor onsite, and helping transform venues before guests arrive.

Some days you’ll be in the studio applying vinyl, prepping signage, organizing materials, and getting event pieces ready for the weekend. Other days you’ll be onsite setting up welcome signs, seating charts, florals, décor, and other event details alongside the design team.

You’re someone who likes staying busy, working with your hands, and seeing the finished product come together in real time. You move with urgency, adapt quickly when plans shift, and take pride in doing quality work behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

  • Produce and prep event signage and décor pieces

  • Apply vinyl to mirrors, acrylic, and signage materials

  • Prep floral and décor items for upcoming events

  • Organize inventory, tools, and event materials

  • Pack and load vans for event installations

  • Assist with event load-ins, setup, and breakdowns

  • Install:

    • Welcome signs

    • Seating charts

    • Décor displays

    • Floral pieces

    • Other event details onsite

  • Support the team with venue transformations before events begin

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

  • Adapt quickly to changing timelines and event needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong work ethic and team-first attitude

  • Ability to stay organized and move efficiently under deadlines

  • Comfortable lifting and moving up to 30–40 lbs

  • Comfortable standing, walking, and working on your feet for extended periods

  • Willingness to work both in the studio and onsite at venues

  • Weekend availability is strongly preferred/required

  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Bonus if you have experience in:

  • Weddings or events

  • Signage or vinyl application

  • Floral or décor installation

  • Warehouse, production, or setup work
