PT Delivery Driver Needed

We are seeking applicants who enjoy driving, making people happy.  This position is flexible, and we're offering part time, approximately 20-24 hours weekly including alternating Saturdays and occasional Sundays.  More hours will be scheduled during floral holidays and other busy times.    

We require a valid drivers’ license and a good driving record.  Computer experience and knowledge of Grove City, Columbus, and the surrounding areas are a plus.

 QUALIFICATIONS   

• Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent).    
• Exhibit exceptional hygiene habits.    
• A valid driver's license must be currently held to complete daily duties    
• A period of 3 years without any accidents or violations    
• Prior driving experience in public or private transportation organizations is preferred    
• Knowledge of local area streets is required    
• Able to lift 50 lbs.    
• Able to complete training and satisfactorily complete evaluations        

RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Daily contact with recipients.    
• Perform rural and city deliveries efficiently and safely    
• Responsible to deliver products without damages to the product or the vehicle    
• Safe driving practices will be required for all drivers    
• Customer contact skills and overall people skills are required                    
• Driver will be expected to wear a uniform that is maintained at an acceptable, clean level    
• Other duties as assigned.
