As a valued member of the Gibby Floral team, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions.
- Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries and orders.
- Taking orders and operating our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
- Occasionally going on deliveries (a clean driving record is required).
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of floral design experience (preferred).
- Enjoys interacting with customers and has prior customer service experience (preferred).
- Is reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to company policies and standards.
- Is 18 years or older (required for insurance purposes).
- Has an impeccable driving record for occasional deliveries.
While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and passion for floral design.
