SEASONAL FLORAL DESIGNER

What you will be doing:

• Thoughtfully create artistic floral designs in the signature Boulder Blooms style
• Assist with both daily orders and wedding/event production
• Provide assistance with on-site setups as needed
• Customer Service assistance such as answering phones and helping walkins
• Experience with creating Designer’s Choice recipes and following predetermined recipes
• while maintaining brand standards and perceived customer value
• Carefully and efficiently process flowers from our wholesalers and local flower farmers
• Use sustainable measures with designs (FIFO)
• Support shop cleanliness and organization initiatives (sweeping, washing buckets, cleaning
• candles, restocking, condensing product, etc)
• Clearly communicate important information with appropriate staff
• Stay up to date with current styles and trends in the floral industry
