Freelance Floral Designer

The English Garden is looking for a talented Freelance Floral Designer to join our team during the Mother’s Day season. This is a short-term, hands-on role focused on floral production and design execution in a fast-paced environment.

We create designs that blend timeless style with a modern edge, because no one deserves boring flowers. If you’re a skilled designer who thrives during busy floral holidays and enjoys bringing beautiful arrangements to life, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Design and produce premium floral arrangements and hand-tied bouquets for Mother’s Day orders
• Work efficiently to fulfill a high volume of designs while maintaining quality and consistency
• Process and prepare flowers, ensuring proper handling and freshness
• Follow design recipes and studio standards while contributing your creative eye
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout production

You have:

• Prior experience in floral design, with a strong understanding of contemporary styles
• The ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• A strong sense of design, color, and composition
• Reliability and professionalism, especially during busy holiday periods
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
