This role will be responsible for providing administration support for all aspects of the marketing department.  Along with managing all aspects of tradeshow events and support to rally organizers.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create information documents providing relevant details to guide event staff.
  • Assist with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events.
  • Identifies nuCamp apparel needs for tradeshows and events, places orders well ahead of the deadline, and distributes the apparel to each event participant.
  • Coordinates ordering nuCamp branded apparel for team member benefits and purchases.
  • Maintain and update the website calendar and Facebook events for dealer shows and rallies
  • Communicate event information to Social Media Specialist forposts on social media and Website Calendar
  • Manage dealer information in Aimbase (add, remove, update) contact, email, address, products they represent
  • Coordinates nuCamp’s sponsorship program to support local events and organizations, including managing agreements, arranging banners, signage, and advertising, providing donation items, etc.
  • Key contact for coordination of nuCamp branded and other nuCamp sponsored teardrop and Cirrus rallies, including providing an event recap and budget, identifying nuCamp team member attendees, nuCamp shirt and apparel needs, and swag item needs.
  • Help in the coordination and creation of target emails campaigns.
  • Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Maintain and update the Mailchimp database with new lead information
  • Process, track, and accurately record all invoice information
  • Helps Customer Experience Team with merchandise for online store, as needed.
  • Send out SWAG to contest winners.
  • Maintain inventory and directory of sales support materials and swag items.
  • Travel  4-6 times per year for event management / support  
  • Monitor social media channels and conduct social listening as needed
  • Support staging of units as needed for events, displays, or marketing use
  • Support the review and editing of marketing content, including literature, videos, social media posts, and blogs
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:                                                 

Degree preferred.   One to Three years’ related experience.

Mathematical Skills:                                            

Strong math skills. 

 

Reasoning Ability:                                               

 

Computer Skills:                                                   

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Presentation software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
