What You’ll Be Doing

As a Florist at Gibby Floral, you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver joy to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and creating stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions.
• Providing exceptional customer service to help clients select the perfect flowers for their needs.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the floral workspace.
• Assisting with inventory management, including unpacking and prepping flowers.
• Occasionally delivering floral arrangements to customers (a clean driving record is required).

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, we’re seeking someone with the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in floral design or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• A creative eye for detail and a passion for working with flowers.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for occasional deliveries.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
