What You’ll Do
• Create and maintain attractive floral displays that enhance the shopping experience
• Rotate, water, clean, and restock floral products to maintain freshness and quality
• Remove damaged or outdated items from displays
• Ensure accurate labeling and pricing
• Assist customers with floral selections and product questions
• Stay up to date on floral trends and product knowledge
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate replenishment needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and carry products throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Retail or grocery experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of floral products and trends is a plus
Work Environment
This role includes time on the sales floor and in receiving areas. You’ll be on your feet throughout your shift, working with fresh floral products in a dynamic environment.
