This is a hands-on floral production and installation role for someone with floral design experience who is ready to grow in a fast-paced wedding and event environment. You will assist with creating wedding florals, preparing product for events, organizing supplies, supporting installations, and ensuring each floral piece is clean, polished, and event-ready.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, staying productive, and bringing floral designs to life through careful execution. You have a good eye for color, texture, and composition, and you understand that successful events depend on preparation, organization, cleanliness, timing, and attention to detail.

You may be a strong fit for this role if you have worked as a floral designer, floral assistant, event florist, wedding floral freelancer, installation assistant, or production florist and are ready to grow in a professional wedding and event design studio.
You enjoy hands-on creative work, but you also understand that organization, timing, cleanliness, and preparation are just as important as the flowers themselves. You take pride in producing beautiful, consistent work and enjoy being part of a team that brings meaningful celebrations to life.
