Floral Customer Service Rep
Reports to: Wendy Morton (Floral Manager)
Hours: 2-3 days a week from 8AM to 5PM (extra hours during holiday weeks required.)
Responsibilities:
- Answer all florist phone calls.
- Process all incoming orders in a timely manner for that day.
- Confirm all deliveries daily.
- Work longer hours during holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving)
- Reply to all florist emails.
- Reconcile floral statements.
- Process outgoing invoices/statements at the beginning of every month.
- File all paperwork.
