About the Role

As a Part-Time Floral Designer, you’ll play a key role in creating the breathtaking arrangements that our customers know and love. Whether it’s a heartfelt sympathy bouquet, a show-stopping event centerpiece, or an elegant daily arrangement, your work will help us continue to brighten lives and celebrate life’s special moments. This is a fast-paced retail environment where your talent and expertise will shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting high-end floral arrangements for daily orders, sympathy tributes, and special events.
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality and artistry that our customers expect.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure every arrangement meets customer specifications and exceeds expectations.
• Staying organized and efficient in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of floral design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• A deep passion for flowers and a mastery of floral design techniques.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail.
