Responsibilities

• Maintain daily Task at Flower Shop
• Create New Designs for Shop Catalogue
• Train, coach, and develop employees and new hires in Floral Designs and Sales
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product design quality, studio cleanliness, maintenance and customer service standards are met
• Staff and schedule appropriately
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
• Send and Receive Daily and Weekly Flowers & Supplies Shipment
• Wedding Clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail Flower Industry with Extensive Floral Design capability
• Ability to create Funerals, Weddings, Prom Items
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused Flower Shop
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Bi Lingual Must English & Spanish
• Ability to manage wire services order
• Available for Full Time

Fun, positive and happy personalities only please! :) All job Duties will include Flower Delivery, organizing, moving floral arrangements and vases and plants etc. around, carrying and moving around boxes of vases and other items, keeping water containers filled, sweeping and helping to keep florist pretty and clean, putting greens and flowers in vases and/or bouquets, and too many other tasks that need to be done.
