What You’ll Be Doing
As a Delivery Driver - Florist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their floral arrangements with care and a personal touch. Your responsibilities will include:
-Safely load, transport, and deliver floral arrangements, plants, and gifts to residential and commercial customers.
-Verify delivery details and confirm accuracy of orders before departure.
-Provide outstanding customer service by greeting recipients with professionalism and a positive attitude.
-Handle floral arrangements with care to maintain their presentation and quality during transit.
-Navigate efficiently using GPS or delivery routes to ensure on-time arrival.
-Assist with in-shop tasks during downtime, including floral prep, packaging, and light cleaning.
-Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
-Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
-Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
-Strong time management and organizational skills.
-Polite, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
-Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods is a plus.
