Essential Functions
Knowledge of and experience in floral design principles and elements. Experience in the floral industry, including floral design skills with small and large arrangements, floral care and management, project management skills, and excellent communication skills. Self-directed with a passion to teach others floral design concepts and mentor those students while they are designing their own work. Experience with budgeting and purchasing floral materials.
Minimum Qualifications
Floral Design experience with a passion and expertise in the field. Ability to use basic computer and email skills.
