Freelance Florists Needed in the Los Angeles & New York Areas

As well as our D2C service we also offer a range of bespoke services from weddings to corporate events and installations as well as brand and PR gifting. 

What we need 

We’re looking for freelance florists to work in the Los Angeles and New York areas. 

You will be reliable and highly organised with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in event floristry, including a comprehensive knowledge of flower varieties and seasonality.

• Expertise in planning, organising and managing all elements of floristry event production and problem solving
• Creativity, with a wide-ranging interest in trends and classic floristry styles
• Team players who enjoy working with other people and building relationships
• Excellent time management and organisational skills             
• The ability to work independently to short deadlines, to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
• High level of attention to detail

We have a robust recruitment process which will include:

1. Application Review
2. Screening call via Zoom with our HR Manager
3. Interview via Zoom and/or an in-person interview and floristry trial (1-2 hours) with our B2B team

What we offer:
