Flower Processing Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Flower Process Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. The Process Technician will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, optimizing processes, and providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

Receive and unpack fresh flower shipments

Hydrate, trim and properly condition flowers for storage and design

Remove leaves, thorns and damaged petals as needed

Organize and maintain flower cooler for freshness and efficiency

Clean buckets, tools and workspaces to maintain a clean environment

Assist designers by prepping flowers and supplies for orders

Answer phones and take orders

Assist walk-in customers

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20 pounds

Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
