Flower Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Design and Creation: Designing and creating stunning floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and personal celebrations.
• Client Consultations: Meeting with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and providing expert advice on floral design and selection.
• Event Execution: Overseeing the execution of floral installations and arrangements at events, ensuring timely delivery and flawless presentation.
• Teamwork: Collaborating with our team of designers, florists, and event coordinators to ensure seamless project execution.
• Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a floral designer or a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills.
• A deep understanding of floral varieties, colors, and textures.
• Strong knowledge of floral design techniques, including hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, and installations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
