Position: Cooler Maintenance
Location: Westmont, IL
Employment Type: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and some Saturdays and Sundays during peak seasons
Position Summary
The Cooler Maintenance Associate will be responsible for maintaining the largest fresh flower cooler in the Central Design Center. The cooler will house standing orders for wedding & events as well as flowers that support our Order Center, Retail Production, and Sympathy departments. Responsibilities include inventory maintenance of the cooler by keeping it organized, condensing, sorting, dating flowers and keeping water clean to maintain freshness of floral product. Additionally, you will support the Floral Design team by keeping their work area safe by sweeping the area of stems and leaves. Taking out garbage and help with Order Center wrapping so product can be carted and prepared for delivery. This is a light labor position and great opportunity for someone looking for flexibility and a place to grow in the floral industry or in a warehouse environment!
