Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise floral department staff, including scheduling and training
  • Design and create floral arrangements for customers and displays
  • Manage department inventory, ordering, and monthly stock counts
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
  • Monitor financial performance and meet budget goals
  • Operate equipment (cash register, helium tank) and manage daily operations
