Main Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise floral department staff, including scheduling and training
- Design and create floral arrangements for customers and displays
- Manage department inventory, ordering, and monthly stock counts
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
- Monitor financial performance and meet budget goals
- Operate equipment (cash register, helium tank) and manage daily operations
