We’re seeking a Floral Manager with exceptional, hands-on floral arranging expertise to lead our department with creativity and precision. This full-time role offers 35–40 hours per week, great retail hours, M-F 9-5, Sat 9-3. (Rotating every other Saturday schedule) Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and opportunities for advancement.

What We’re Looking For
- Extensive floral arranging experience, including bouquets, centerpieces, sympathy work, and event designs
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a small team
- Excellent customer service skills with a warm, professional approach
- Inventory and merchandising knowledge to keep displays fresh and appealing
- A highly creative eye for color, texture, and seasonal trends
