Floral Event Production & Studio Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Organize and maintain shop inventory, including tracking items going out to events and coming back into the shop.
• Assist with event breakdowns by receiving, sorting, counting, and organizing returned inventory.
• Prepare weekly event pulls, ensuring all floral supplies, vessels, mechanics, tools, and other materials are organized and ready for upcoming events.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Assist the owner and Operations Manager with day-to-day operational tasks and special projects.
• Help load, unload, transport, and organize materials for events.
• Join the team on-site for event setups and installations, learning how floral events come together from behind the scenes to the final result.
• Help maintain an efficient workflow as we prepare for a busy week of events.
