Your ability to lift up to 40 lbs is crucial for handling beautiful blooms and materials.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Floral experience helpful. Wedding design experience a plus. Willing to work flexible days, evenings and weekends and holidays.
  • Able to work long hours during holiday periods. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Attention to detail and exceptional creativity.
  • Able to bend, climb, twist, squat and stand for extended periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Must have reliable transportation and good attendance.

  • Knowledge of the techniques of cutting flowers, decorating and display.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and catering to their requirements.
