THE JOB:

Bring your creativity and artistic vision to life as a Floral Designer at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. In this unique role, you will help transform spaces and special occasions into unforgettable experiences through stunning floral arrangements and displays. From elegant wedding bouquets and sophisticated event décor to eye-catching seasonal installations throughout the property, your talent and attention to detail will enhance the beauty of our resort and leave a lasting impression on guests. Every arrangement you create will contribute to the exceptional atmosphere and world-class experiences that define Beau Rivage.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

Day Shift | Full Time

7:00am - 3:00pm

Rotating | Monday - Friday & Tuesday - Saturday

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Design and arrange fresh and artificial floral displays for weddings, special events, guest areas, and resort venues
• Create bouquets, wreaths, corsages, centerpieces, and other custom floral arrangements
• Work with a wide variety of flowers, greenery, and decorative materials to achieve desired designs
• Order and purchase flowers and floral supplies from wholesalers and growers
• Prepare, process, and properly store incoming floral shipments
• Cut, condition, water, and maintain flowers to ensure freshness and longevity
• Monitor displays throughout the property and replace or remove wilting arrangements as needed
• Provide recommendations and guidance on flower selection, color palettes, and design concepts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Demonstrates at least 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a similar resort, hospitality, or floral design environment
• Exhibits creativity, artistic talent, and a strong eye for color, texture, and floral design
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Delivers exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in creating high-quality arrangements
