In this position you will be responsible for creating and executing unique designs, as well as those requested by clients.  Must be able to design and create independently and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Required: A minimum of 3 years of Floral Design experience
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• As a Floral Designer at Westborn Market Flower Shop, you will be responsible for creating unique floral arrangements for a variety of events and occasions

• Your role will involve designing custom pieces for our design showcase
• You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on floral choices and design options
• Prepare floral arrangements for daily delivery and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Provide excellent customer service
