About the position:

The Floral Design Assistant will assist in a variety of activities, such as helping to prepare flowers for our talented team of Floral Designers, maintaining design tools, replenishing supplies, and prepping containers.

Advancement opportunity! The Floral Design Assistant will also learn design techniques and receive floral design training to transition to a floral designer position.

What are the qualifications?

• No experience necessary -- We will train on the job!
• Part-time 20-30 hours per week.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
• Able to stand for long periods of time at workstation.
• A creative and artistic aptitude is helpful

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• prepare containers for the floral design team
• pull and prepare flowers for arrangements
• assist design team in filling customer orders
• stock shelves and replenish design supplies
