Position Summary:
Assists the flower shop manager in the day to day operation of the flower shop.

Education or Experience:
One or more years experience in flower shop work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read. Ability to respond to questions from the funeral home manager, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization may exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Some knowledge of all aspects of the flower business, including arranging and cleanliness.
Other Requirements:
Adequate verbal and interpersonal skills.
