About the Position

JH Flower Boutique and Event Rentals Jackson Hole are looking for two dependable, energetic, hardworking, and creative florists to join our team year-round.

We are much more than a traditional flower shop! We are a full-service floral, event design, décor, and rental company specializing in daily flower arrangements, weddings, private events, corporate functions, seasonal décor, and large-scale installations throughout Jackson Hole.

Job Responsibilities

Our team members participate in the daily operations of both our flower shop and event rental company, including:

• Designing and fulfilling daily flower arrangements and orders
• Assisting customers, answering phones, and entering orders into our system
• Processing, conditioning, maintaining, and caring for fresh flowers
• Designing and preparing wedding and event florals
• Assisting with large-scale floral and décor installations
• Wedding and event setup and breakdown
• Seasonal and holiday decorating and installations
• Preparing, organizing, loading, unloading, cleaning, and resetting event rentals
• Maintaining rental inventory, including glassware, plates, flatware, linens, chargers, candles, vessels, and décor
• Helping with deliveries and event preparation
• Maintaining a clean, organized flower shop, cooler, design studio, and rental facility

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have knowledge of flowers and the floral industry
• Have previous floral design, wedding, or event experience (strongly preferred)
• Are reliable, organized, creative, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Enjoy working with customers and as part of a team
• Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Are physically capable of assisting with event setup, installations, and moving rental equipment
• Are willing to participate in all aspects of the business

Important: This is not exclusively a floral design position. Our team works together on everything from creating beautiful arrangements and assisting customers to preparing rentals, loading trucks, installing events, and breaking down weddings.
