POSITION OVERVIEW:
Van Wyck & Van Wyck is seeking an Event Production Designer (CAD & 3D Visualization) with deep expertise in spatial design, floor plan drafting, and photorealistic 3D rendering for high-end live events. You will shape how space, movement, and design come together to create seamless, high-touch guest experiences.
This is a production-forward role focused on translating creative concepts into precise, buildable spatial documents that support execution from concept through strike.
You approach design through the lens of event logic, including traffic flow, sightlines, service access, rigging zones, and load-in sequencing. You communicate design intent clearly to both creative leadership and technical teams.
Production literacy is essential.

PAY & BENEFITS AT VAN WYCK & VAN WYCK
This position has an annual base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
