Duke Chapel is seeking a Wedding Assistant to help support the coordination and execution of weddings in one of Duke University’s most iconic and sacred spaces. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Wedding Director to provide hands‑on support before, during, and after ceremonies—ensuring each wedding runs smoothly and that couples and guests feel welcomed and supported.
You’ll play an important role in creating a calm, organized, and hospitable experience in a time‑sensitive and high‑profile environment. This position is ideal for someone who is attentive, organized, and comfortable providing service in a formal setting.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $18.00 to USD $22.84. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
