Position Overview:

We’re looking for a creative-minded individual who has a background or keen interest in the art of floral design. This is a hands-on crafting role with lots of learning opportunities from experienced designers. The daily floral designer is in many ways the heartbeat of our operation, expected to create high quality consistent bouquet designs for our everyday consumers. This individual will bring a positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a penchant for doing things swiftly & efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Design beautiful bouquets & arrangements for our customer orders.
• Prune & process incoming flowers to bloom from local markets.
• Help organize flowers and ensure quality inside each cooler.
• Fill, transport, and replace buckets before and after each shift.
• Packaging and organizing deliver routes

Requirements:

• Experience with floral/design, or related hands-on prep & production role.
  • This may include food prep, art production, perishable retail, events.
• Proven record of success in a creative, fast-paced working environment.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, particularly during peak periods.
