As a Customer Care and Floral Design Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. This position combines customer service with creative tasks, offering a dynamic and fulfilling work environment. You’ll assist with customer inquiries, support the floral design team, and help bring our customers’ visions to life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and online.
- Assisting customers with selecting floral arrangements and gifts that meet their needs.
- Supporting the floral design team with preparation tasks, such as organizing supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Ensuring timely and accurate order processing and coordination for deliveries.
- Helping maintain the shop’s welcoming and organized appearance.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn about floral design.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
